The Ballenger House currently acts as a meeting site for eight local clubs:
- The Seneca Woman's Club
- The Once a Week Club
- The Pilot International Club
- Home and Garden Study Club
- Garden Study Club
- Golden Corner Woman's Society
- Seneca Woman's Study Club
These clubs donate generously to a variety of local causes, including but not limited to: the Oconee Community Theater, the Guardian Ad Litem, the Seneca Library, and the Abused Women's Shelter in Anderson (which also serves Oconee County).
Additionally, these clubs provide birthday cakes for underprivileged children and two annual scholarships for Seneca High School graduates.
